WRITE us EMAIL describing faulty behavior. We try to identify what is wrong and offer the solution.
We do not need to see your invoice if it was purchased in our e-shop. We also check if its warranty or after-warranty repair and decide if we need the faulty item back or not. Usually, when its faulty charger or broken plastic parts, we do not need to send them back and ship replacement item for free. If we need to check the headlamp then we ask you to send it back to our address in the Czech Republic or we can arrange back-logistics so you would send package just to an address in your country.
