Complaints and repairs

• EMAIL US or CALL US and ASK US ABOUT THE DEFECT. We will try to identify the problem remotely and suggest what you need to send or bring, if the defect can be solved on the spot, or if you do not need to send anything and we will send you a spare part.

• There isNO NEED to search and print invoices/receipts, we will keep track of everything in our system. If your headlamp was ordered for someone else, please email us with their name. We will also find out for ourselves if it is a warranty or out of warranty repair. We can estimate the price of an out of warranty repair in advance, usually repairs are in the hundreds of crowns.

• Wrap the headlamp, disconnect the headlamp cable, or fix the batteries in the package so that they do not jump during transport and cannot short out on anything metal. It is usually sufficient to send the headlamp and batteries (batterypack).

• INCLUDE a piece of paper with the following information in the package:

  • your name
  • phone number
  • email
  • a brief description of the fault
  • how the repaired headlamp will be delivered to you - e.g. which delivery point of the Parcel Service(https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky)

• DONATE to our address Spořická 1135, Prague 8 or SEND by one of the following methods:

  • SEND BY DELIVERY TO A DELIVERY POINT - Via the mobile application Zásilkovna - Mezi námi service to the delivery point Ústecká 153/69, Prague 8, branch number 3533. You must provide the name Petr Dvořák, phone number 776371214 and our email petr@luciferlights.net. You can submit your parcel at any Zásilkovna outlet.
  • SEND TO OUR ADDRESS - Via any postal service, e.g. also via Zásilkovna. Send to. TEL: 776371214. Email: petr@luciferlights.net. Please be sure to include a phone number! In your own interest, please send us the shipment code in your email so we can track it down. We don't recommend sending by Czech Post - it really does happen that the parcel gets deposited at the post office and we don't know about it!
  • VISIT IN PERSON - Stop by our workshop in person at Čelovky Lucifer, Spořická 1135, Prague 8, 18400. We are usually here 9am-5pm daily, but this is not an absolute rule so please call ahead to stop by. You will find us in the passage of a large building about 50m from the transmitter. If you are by the construction machinery and sand then you are on the other side of the building.
