We process your personal data for the following reasons:
- Purchase of goods and services: we process your personal data in order to properly process and deliver your order. If any problems arise, your personal data will enable us to contact you by phone or email.

- Marketing competitions: in some cases, the winner of a competition may be photographed or filmed, particularly to increase the transparency of our marketing competitions. We carry out this processing of personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is to increase the credibility of our marketing competitions in the eyes of other competitors and to increase the attractiveness of these competitions.
- Improving our services: we use analysis of customer behaviour on the website to find out what customers are interested in. We may also use Google Analytics to optimise our shop and our products.
- Customer ratings of goods and services and satisfaction surveys: after you purchase goods or services from us, you may be asked to rate them. You can also fill in your own rating on the product page.

4. Transfer of personal data to third parties
In the following cases, we transfer your personal data to third parties:
- Delivery of the goods: the carrier you have chosen would never be able to deliver the goods you have ordered unless we have, among other things, given them details of where and to whom they are to deliver the goods. We will pass this information to the carrier according to how you fill it in the order. The information provided includes your name, delivery address, email, a telephone number where the carrier can contact you and, if the goods have not been prepaid, the amount to be paid on receipt of the goods, if applicable. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data we transmit to it only for the purpose of delivery of the goods and to delete the personal data without delay thereafter.
5. How long do we process your personal data?
We will process your data for at least the duration of the contractual relationship between us or as necessary to provide warranty and post-warranty service.
