Rules for publishing user reviews

All published reviews (ratings) are verified and come from verified customers who have purchased items in our store.

Customers can add reviews in 2 ways:

1) by clicking through from the email prompt sent after completing the order

2) by filling out the review form on the product website

All submitted reviews are subject to the approval of the e-shop administrator, e.g. verification that the reviewer has actually ordered the reviewed product on our e-shop. We do not censor negative reviews. We automatically approve reviews that do not contain vulgarities, relate to the product and are not in violation of the law.

Some advice for reviews:

1) rate the product with stars and fill in the pros, cons and, for example, a comment.

2) Write truthfully, clearly and concisely

3) rate only on the basis of your own experience with the product

4) Avoid vulgarities, personal attacks and questions
