Flat batterypack for comfortable wear

Specially made flat for orienteering runners. Provides comfort when worn on a headstrap (no wobble) or in a jersey / batterybag / camelbag. With rubber pads on both sides to protect batterypack against damage. Cannot be mounted on a bicycle frame.

Maximum energy for the longest runtimes

Batterypack with 4 li-ion cells Samsung INR18650-35E with total capacity of 6900mAh. These cell are the world best 18650 batteries nowadays. Protection circuit protects both cells separately from overdischarge, overcharge and against short-circuit. Protection circuit is made from high quality components and therefore add only 6 miliohm of resistance. Connector is DC 5.5/2.1 with current rating of 7 ampers. Cable is bulletproof PUR cable, which we use in all our products.

High-current connectors and tough cables

The new grey, non-coiled cables are special! They are made from tough PUR materials, flexible to minus 30°C and very resistant to wear and weather. We have carefully designed the wiring to fit all head sizes from large men to small women. For special needs (such as fitting the light to your climbing or caving helmet) just record your needs in a comment when ordering.

The connectors are specified for currents up to 7A and ensure firm and reliable contact over the long-term. Although they click together tightly (making accidental disconnection nearly impossible) they are easy to, even in difficult conditions when wearing gloves or in extreme cold.

Internal resitance (measured with connectors and cable resistance): 90 - 120 mili-ohm.

Compatible chargers: All 8.4V li-ion chargers with current 0.5A, 1A or 1.5A. All these can be used for everyday charging.
